混合结构吸热塔转换平台抗震性能分析

吸热塔是塔式太阳能电站中的重要构筑物,多采用上部钢结构(约40m)、下部混凝土结构(约200m)的混合结构,顶部钢结构部分设备重量超过2000t,属于特殊的细长高耸结构.混合结构吸热塔顶部质量大、刚度小,支撑上部钢结构的转换平台是薄弱部位,通过有限元计算和振动台试验研究了结构鞭梢效应影响,给出了上部吸热器支撑钢结构传递给转换平台结构构件的地震内力增大系数,研究了转换平台的抗震性能,提出了其结构布置和构造要求,为行业标准编制和工程设计提供了依据.
The receiver tower is an important structure in the solar thermal power plant,which adopts com-monly a hybrid structure with about 40 m height upper steel structure and about 200m height lower concrete structure.The total weight of the steel structure is more than 2000t,which makes it a special slender high-rise structure.This hybrid structure has large mass and small stiffness at the top,and the transfer platform,support-ing the upper steel tower,is usually considered as a weak part.The influence of the whipping effect was studied based on finite element analysis and shaking table test,and the amplification coefficient of seismic internal force,which is caused by upper steel tower,was given.The seismic performance of the transfer platform was studied,and the structural layout and detail requirements were proposed,which provides references for specifi-cation compilation and engineering design.
