摘要

通过调研国内工程案例,以北京东六环改造工程超大直径盾构隧道为例,针对复杂地下空间环境、高压富水、高致密砂层的特殊环境及超大直径、深覆土等工程特点,针对性地提出了盾构隧道健康监测内容、监测断面、监测点布设及方法、监测系统平台与管理要求,最终构建了完整的结构健康监测系统,实现了对东六环盾构隧道结构健康状态的实时评价与预警.设计实践经验可为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

This paper investigates domestic engineering cases and focuses on the super-large diameter shield tunnel of the Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Reconstruction Project.Given the challenging environment of com-plex underground space,high-pressure water-rich conditions,high-density sand layers,and the engineering fea-tures of super-large diameter and deep overburden,comprehensive health monitoring measures for the shield tunnel construction is proposed.These include defining monitoring content,establishing monitoring sections,designing monitoring point layouts and methods,and implementing a monitoring system platform with corre-sponding management requirements.Ultimately,a complete structural health monitoring system is built to achieve real-time evaluation and early warning of the structural health status of the East Sixth Ring Road shield tunnel.The practical experience gained from this design can serve as a valuable reference for similar projects in the future.
