To ensure the safety of deep foundation pit excavation, dynamic monitoring and information-based construction are employed.By analyzing monitoring data, including diaphragm wall deformation, anchor rod tension, and internal support axial force,it is found that weather conditions, loading, and clamp relaxation can lead to deviations between monitored values and calculated values.Additionally, adverse weather conditions may decrease the soil shear index. Thus,it is recommended to allocate generous safety margins during the de-sign stage and use the reduced shear index to assess various safety factors.
