深覆土条件下圆形混凝土管道基础设计探讨

圆形钢筋混凝土管道采用的混凝土基础,目前国内规范仅提供了管道基础的最小构造尺寸,尚未明确给出其适用的覆土深度.本文采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行建模计算,结合试验数据验证模型正确后,分析了管道基础的作用机理、覆土厚度对管道基础的影响、大规格管道壁厚缩减对管道基础的影响.提出不同基础支撑角管道基础适用的最大覆土深度,并针对管道基础承载能力不足时,提出增大管道基础截面、管道基础局部配筋、提高管道基础混凝土强度的加固措施.可为埋地圆形混凝土管道的基础设计提供依据.
For foundation in the case of circular reinforced concrete pipelines,the minimum construction di-mensions are provided in domestic standard,without a clear definition of the covered depth.In this paper,ABAQUS was used for modeling and finite element analysis.After verifying the correctness of the model with tests data,the acting mechanism in foundation,the effect of the reduction of pipe thickness on foundation were analyzed.Finally,the maximum available covered depth for foundation with different supporting angles were proposed.The reinforcement methods were pointed out as well,including enlarging the cross-sectional dimen-sions,increasing local reinforcements,or improving the concrete strength in foundation,which can be applica-ble in the case of insufficient bearing capacity of pipeline foundation.The results could provide a basis for foun-dation design of circular reinforced concrete pipelines.
