城市排水管道缺陷统计分析及修复

为研究城市排水管道的缺陷规律,以更好地指导排水管网的规划和修复工作,本文利用上海市某区2016年至2022年间CCTV检测的233条排水管道缺陷数据,统计分析了管道的缺陷分布规律,提出了简单实用的修复原则,并选择紫外光固化法作为非开挖整体修复的主要技术,给出了内衬管道壁厚的计算方法.采用本文提出的方法,通过逐年分批次的方式对大批量的缺陷管道进行有序修复.实践表明,本文所提出的方法具有可行性,达到了良好的修复效果和社会效益,可为城市排水管网规划和管道缺陷修复提供借鉴.
To investigate defect patterns in urban drainage pipelines and enhance the planning and repair of drainage networks,this paper utilizes defect data from CCTV inspections of 233 drainage pipelines in a Shanghai district,spanning from 2016 to 2022.The study statistically analyzes the distribution patterns of pipeline defects and proposes straightforward,practical repair principles.The Ultraviolet Cured-in-Place Pipe(UV-CIPP)meth-od is selected as the primary technique for trenchless repair,and the calculation method for the wall thickness of the pipe liner is also provided.The proposed method has been applied to systematically repair a large number of defective pipelines in annual batches.Those practical applications demonstrate the method's feasibility,achie-ving effective repair outcomes and significant social benefits.This study provides valuable insights for planning urban drainage networks and the repairing pipeline defects.
