Displacement Monitoring and Analysis of a Composite Excavation Pit Support sys-tem with Double-row Bored Piles,Jet Grouting Piles,Sandwich soil Grouting
Using the reconstruction of the underground garage at Xinyang Railway Station as a case study, this paper analyzes the displacement of a composite excavation support system comprising double-row bored piles, jet grouting piles and sandwich soil grouting. The horizontal and vertical deformations at the slope top and the horizontal displacement of the piles during foundation pit excavation are monitored. The data indicate that post-excavation,the horizontal and vertical displacements of the slope top gradually stabilized, with maximum horizontal and vertical displacements of 71mm and 14mm respectively.During excavation, the horizontal dis-placement curve of the pile body exhibits a"bulging"shape, with the most stable deformation occurring within the grouted fill range of-1m to-5m depth. The maximum horizontal displacement of the pile is 24.2mm.The results demonstrate that the combined action of double-row bored piles, jet grouting piles, and soil grouting effectively resists soil deformation, maintains pit stability, and ensures construction safety.
