地聚物混凝土(Geopolymer concrete,GPC)是以碱激发地聚物材料替代水泥作为胶凝材料配制而成的一种生态环保建筑材料,GPC较普通水泥基混凝土具有早期强度高的特点,适用于喷射混凝土结构.本文针对GPC开展可喷射性试验研究,建立了喷射GPC的泵送喷射模拟分析模型,计算分析两种强度喷射GPC屈服应力与黏滞系数等流变力学参数.通过试验对模型进行验证,并分析GPC坍落度与极限建造厚度、漏浆率等关系.研究结果表明,高强GPC具有更优越的可喷射性,相同极限喷射建造厚度下,屈服应力与黏滞系数较普通GPC更低,更有利于泵送.最后提出了喷射GPC施工参数的优选原则,为开发高性能喷射GPC结构提供理论依据和技术支撑.
Geopolymer concrete(GPC)is an ecological and environmentally friendly building material pre-pared by replacing cement with alkali activated geopolymer materials.GPC has the characteristic of high early strength compared to ordinary cement-based concrete and GPC appiles to sprayed concrete structure.The spray-ability test of GPC was carried out,and the pumping spray simulation analysis model of GPC with different strengh was established.Rheological parameters such as yield stress and viscosity coefficient of GPC with differ-ent strengh were calculated and analyzed to verify the model,and the relationship between slump of GPC and the ultimate construction thickness and leakage rate was analyzed.The research results indicate that high-strength GPC has superior sprayability,and under the same ultimate spraying construction thickness,the yield stress and viscosity coefficient are lower than ordinary GPC,which is more conducive to pumping.Finally,the optimization principles for the construction parameters of spray GPC were proposed,providing theoretical basis and technical support for the development of high-performance spray GPC structures.
