Geopolymer concrete(GPC)is an ecological and environmentally friendly building material pre-pared by replacing cement with alkali activated geopolymer materials.GPC has the characteristic of high early strength compared to ordinary cement-based concrete and GPC appiles to sprayed concrete structure. The spray-ability test of GPC was carried out,and the pumping spray simulation analysis model of GPC with different strengh was established.Rheological parameters such as yield stress and viscosity coefficient of GPC with differ-ent strengh were calculated and analyzed to verify the model, and the relationship between slump of GPC and the ultimate construction thickness and leakage rate was analyzed. The research results indicate that high-strength GPC has superior sprayability, and under the same ultimate spraying construction thickness, the yield stress and viscosity coefficient are lower than ordinary GPC,which is more conducive to pumping. Finally, the optimization principles for the construction parameters of spray GPC were proposed, providing theoretical basis and technical support for the development of high-performance spray GPC structures.
