In recent years, concrete monopole towers have undergone various scales of testing and pilot pro-jects in the telecommunications industry. However, multiple full-scale tests are still required to finalize the de-signs of different product types. In this paper, both testing and SAP2000 simulation modeling are used to inves-tigate the deformation and crack behavior of concrete monopole towers under normal usage limit states. The theo-retical calculations are compared with the results of full-scale tests. The analysis indicates that the experimental and theoretical values of tower deformation are in closely aligned, and the initial cracking loads observed in the tests align with the theoretical values at the same loading stage.
