门式刚架钢结构厂房屋面增设光伏板,为保证厂房结构安全,需对厂房进行安全性鉴定和结构加固.以某门式刚架钢结构厂房为例,系统的介绍了这一类厂房的检测鉴定和加固方案.从构件尺寸、钢材强度、构造调查、荷载调查等不同方面对厂房进行检测鉴定,最后依据检测结果对结构进行承载力校核并给出鉴定结论.根据鉴定结果,按照《钢结构加固设计标准》(GB 51367-2019)采取对应的加固方法对厂房进行加固处理,保证了增设光伏板之后的结构安全.
To ensure the safety of the factory building structure,it is necessary to conduct safety appraisal and structural reinforcement of the factory building when adding photovoltaic panels to the roof of a steel struc-ture factory building with gabled frames.Taking a certain factory building as an example,in this paper,the identification and reinforcement procedures were systematically introduced.The factory building was inspected and identified from different aspects such as component size,steel strength,construction investigation,and load investigation.Finally,based on the inspection results,the bearing capacity of the structure was checked and the identification conclusion was given.According to the appraisal results,corresponding reinforcement methods were adopted in accordance with"Standard for design of strengthening steel structure"(GB51367-2019)to re-inforce the factory building,and ensure the structural safety after adding photovoltaic panels.
