Effects of Foaming Agents and Hardening Resins on Properties of Light Natural Rubber Materials
The effects of foaming agent and hardening resin on the properties of light natural rub-ber materials were investigated by uniform design method. The results showed that the dosage of foa-ming agent N,N'-dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine(H)and hardening resin(P1)had a significant effect on NR density and tensile strength.Increasing the amount of foaming agent H and hardening resin P,the foaming pressure increased, the vulcanization started earlier, the highest vulcanization torque increased first and then decreased, and the tensile strength and density changed linearly.Com-pared with the single foaming agent(H)compound, the hardness, density, tear strength and modulus of the foaming agent azodicarbonamide(AC)/foaming agent(H)blend rubber are higher, and the pore size of the foaming material was smaller.Foaming agent 4,4'-oxodiphenylsulfonyl hydrazide(OBSH)/foaming agent(H)blend rubber had the lowest density and the highest tensile strength.
