摘要
聚合制得了10种线型结构SBS热塑性弹性体,并制备了与之对应的改性沥青;探讨了2个SBS相对分子质量区间[(6~10)×104和(12~14)×104]中SBS苯乙烯含量对其改性沥青性能的影响.结果表明,加入SBS均可改善沥青物理性能和流变性能;SBS相对分子质量对其改性沥青性能影响显著,SBS具有线性结构和较高相对分子质量时改性效果较好;增大SBS苯乙烯含量有利于改善改性沥青高温稳定性、硬度和抗车辙能力.
Abstract
Ten kinds of SBS thermoplastic elastomers with linear structure were prepared by poly-merization,and the corresponding modified asphalt was prepared.The effects of SBS styrene content in two SBS relative molecular weight intervals[(6~10)×104 and(12~14)×104]on the properties of modified asphalt were discussed.The results showed that the addition of SBS could improve the physi-cal and rheological properties of asphalt.The relative molecular weight of SBS had a significant effect on the properties of modified asphalt,and the modified effect was better when SBS had a linear struc-ture and a higher relative molecular weight.Increasing the content of SBS styrene was beneficial to im-prove the high temperature stability,hardness and rutting resistance of modified asphalt.
