摘要
采用盒式油封结构,以氢化丁腈橡胶作基胶,研究了白炭黑和硫化剂用量对HNBR胶料硬度、100%定伸应力、油封径向力、干磨擦性能和工作寿命的影响,确定了最佳胶料硬度和硫化体系用量.结果表明,当胶料Shore A硬度为72,硫化体系用量为11份时,盒式油封经5000 h工作寿命试验后未发生漏油,其主要尺寸和径向力变化均较小.
Abstract
Using cassette oil seal structure and HNBR as the base rubber,the effects of silica and vulcanizing agent dosage on the hardness,100%modulus,radial force of oil seal,dry friction perform-ance and working life of HNBR rubber were studied,and the optimal rubber hardness and vulcaniza-tion system dosage were determined.The results showed that when the hardness was Shore A 72 and the dosage of vulcanization system was 11 phr,the cassette oil seal had no oil leakage after the 5000 h working life test,and its main size and radial force changes were small.
