Fatigue Life Analysis and Stiffness Design of Rubber Blocks of Elastic Wheels
Based on the Mooney-Rivlin model, the nonlinear finite element constitutive model of the elastic wheel rubber block was established, and the stress and strain of rubber block under various working conditions were simulated and analyzed. The relationship between the overall stiffness of the elastic wheel and the service life of the rubber block was studied. The results showed that in order to ensure the safety and economy of elastic wheels, the design range of radial stiffness and axial stiffness of elastic wheels should be between 100~200 MN/m and 10~20 MN/m.
