氢化丁腈橡胶在柴油中压缩永久变形的研究

通过分析含油介质中压缩载荷对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化试样的影响,选择介质与压缩载荷同时作用的试验方法模拟橡胶密封件工作状态.结果表明,随着温度的升高,HNBR压缩永久变形持续增大;当持续压缩28d时,HNBR压缩永久变形由80℃时16.44%增大至200℃时91.14%.随着浸泡时间的延长,80℃时HNBR压缩永久变形降低后保持稳定,120℃,160℃及200℃时持续增大.通过分析具有相似物理或化学变化机理的试样性能,得出HNBR寿命预测方程为y=-1312.60x-0.20343.
Study on Compression Set of HNBR in Diesel Environment
By analyzing the effect of compression load in oil-containing medium on the HNBR vul-canized specimen,the test method of simultaneous action of medium and compression load was selected to simulate the working state of rubber seals.The results showed that the compression set of HNBR continued to increase with the increase of temperature.After continuous compression for 28 d,the compression set of HNBR increased from 16.44%at 80℃to 91.14%at 200℃.With the extension of soaking time,HNBR compression set remained stable after decreasing at 80℃,and continued to in-crease at 120℃,160℃and 200℃.By analyzing the performance of samples with similar physical or chemical change mechanisms,the HNBR life prediction equation was y=-1312.60x-0.20343.
