将高介电材料钛酸钡颗粒(BaTiO3)掺入到聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(CN9021NS)中以提高复合材料介电性能;研究了 BaTiO3用量对聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯介电性能的影响.结果表明,掺入BaTiO3可有效提高复合材料介电常数,还可有效减小致动器能量损耗;这一成果可有效提高各类软体机器人的机电性能.
Optimization of Dielectric Properties of CN9021NS Dielectric Elastomers Actuator by Nano-barium Titanate
The high-dielectric material(BaTiO3)was added into polyurethane-acrylate(CN9021NS)to improve the dielectric properties of the composites.The effect of BaTiO3 dosage on the dielectric properties of polyurethane-acrylate was studied.The results showed that the addition of BaTiO3 could effectively increase the dielectric constant of the composites and reduce the energy loss of the actuator.This result effectively improved the electromechanical performance of various soft ro-bots.
