采用非均相成核法制备了 BaTiO3@Al2O3核壳结构填料粒子;将其引入到丙烯酸酯类介电弹性体CN9021NS中,测试了 BaTiO3@Al2O3/CN9021NS复合材料介电性能和抗击穿性能.结果表明,与BaTiO3/CN9021NS复合材料相比,BaTiO3@Al2O3/CN9021NS复合材料介电损耗和抗击穿性能均有较佳表现;在填料粒子同一体积分数下,BaTiO3@Al2O3/CN9021NS复合材料介电损耗降低了 35%,抗击穿电压提高了 33%.
Effect of Core-shell Barium Titanate on the Properties of CN9021NS Composites
Heterogeneous nucleation method was used to prepare BaTiO3@Al2O3 core-shell filler particles which were added into an acrylic dielectric elastomer CN9021NS.The dielectric properties and break down resistance of BaTiO3@Al2O3/CN9021NS composites were tested.The results showed that compared with BaTiO3/CN9021NS composites,the dielectric loss and break down resistance of BaTiO3@Al2O3/CN9021NS composites were better.For the same volume fraction of filler particles,the die-lectric loss of BaTiO3@Al2O3/CN9021NS composites was reduced by 35%,and the break down resist-ance voltage was increased by 33%.
