稀土氧化物在氢化丁腈橡胶中的应用研究

以HNBR为基材,制备了稀土氧化物增强改性复合材料,研究了稀土氧化物种类及用量对复合材料力学性能和热空气老化性能的影响.结果表明,加入一定量氧化镧或氧化铈可显著提高复合材料力学性能和热空气老化性能;加入2份氧化铈可大幅提高复合材料拉伸强度、撕裂强度和热空气老化性能.
Application of Rare Earth Oxides in HNBR
Rare earth oxides modified composites were prepared using HNBR as the substrate,and the effects of rare earth oxide types and dosages on the mechanical properties and hot air aging proper-ties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the addition of a certain amount of lantha-num oxide or cerium oxide could significantly improve the mechanical properties and hot air aging properties of the composites.The addition of 2 phr of cerium oxide could greatly improve the tensile strength,tear strength and hot air aging properties of the composites.
