Study on Rubber Materials for Stator of High-Torque Screw Drilling Tools
Based on the study of raw rubber,vulcanization system,reinforcing system and special functional additives,rubber materials for high-torque screw drilling tools were obtained through exper-imental comparison of tension performance and wear resistance,elastic modulus and Mooney viscosity.The results showed that the hardness of the obtained rubber material was 88 Shore A,the elastic mod-ulus was more than 19 MPa,which was one times higher than that of conventional products,and the processing performance was excellent and the comprehensive performance was good.Through the bench test of the finished prototype,it was shown that the efficiency of the screw drilling tool using this rubber increased by 20％,which met the requirements of the high-torque screw drilling tools.
