耐高温核辐射阻燃橡胶软管的研制

采用EPDM橡胶并选择耐核辐射体系一氧化铅/氧化铋、硫化促进体系DCP/促DM/促TMTD、补强体系高耐磨炭黑N330/气相法白炭黑/石墨烯、防护体系防4010NA/防RD、阻燃体系氯化石蜡/三氧化二锑和增塑体系酚醛树脂制备了耐高温核辐射阻燃硫化橡胶;经挤出和钢丝编织等成型工艺成功制作了耐高温核辐射阻燃橡胶软管.结果表明,该型橡胶软管具有优异的耐高温、耐核辐射、耐老化和阻燃等特性,能有效防护和屏蔽高温核辐射作用,适合用于受核辐射环境;长期使用能保持优异的综合力学性能,具有性能稳定、安全可靠和高耐久度等特点.
Development of High Temperature Nuclear Radiation Resistant Flame Retardant Rubber Hose
High-temperature nuclear radiation-resistant flame-retardant vulcanized rubber was pre-pared by using EPDM and selecting lead monoxide/bismuth oxide as nuclear radiation-resistant sys-tem,DCP/DM/TMTD as vulcanization accelerator system,high-wear-resistant carbon black N330/fumed silica/graphene as reinforcing system,4010NA/RD as protection system,chlorinated paraffin/antimony trioxide as flame retardant system and phenolic resin as plasticizing system.Through extrusion and steel wire braiding and other molding processes,the high-temperature nuclear radiation-resistant flame retardant rubber hose was successfully produced.The results showed that this type of rubber hose had excellent high temperature resistance,nuclear radiation resistance,aging resistance and flame retardant characteristics,which could effectively shield the effects of high temperature nuclear radiation,and was suitable for use in nuclear radiation environment.Long-term use could main-tain excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,with stable performance,safety and reliability and high durability.
