摘要
介绍了高性能分离膜生产设备液体槽用橡胶密封型材的工作原理、配方组成和工艺设计.结果表明,采用EPDM基材、白炭黑/高岭土补强体系、硫黄/过氧化二异丙苯/N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺/三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯并用硫化体系,研制的橡胶密封型材具有优异的耐水性、耐酸碱性、耐次氯酸钠性、耐溶剂性、高回弹性、低变形、耐老化性和高抗污染性等;有效解决了液体槽槽体与独立辊架横梁之间的密封,确保了生产过程中的稳定性和液体处理膜质量控制.
Abstract
The working principle,recipe and process design of rubber sealing profiles for liquid tanks in high-performance separation membrane production equipment were introduced.The results showed that the rubber sealing profile developed by using EPDM,silica/kaolin reinforcing system,sul-fur/diisopropylene peroxide/N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfonamide/triallyl isocyanurate vulcaniza-tion system had excellent water,acid and alkali,sodium hypochlorite,solvent resistance,high resili-ence,low deformation,aging resistance and high pollution resistance.It effectively solved the sealing between the liquid tank body and the independent roller frame beam,ensuring stability in the produc-tion process and quality control of liquid treatment film.
