摘要

通过橡胶配方及硫化模具优化设计、粘合剂选择和性能验证试验,研制了齿轮传动轴用耐高低温、耐磨损带骨架橡胶密封圈;通过不同牌号氟橡胶并用及合理选择硫化体系,增强了胶料耐低温性能;通过金属骨架磷化处理与粘合剂协同作用,提高了氟橡胶/金属骨架粘合强度;通过巧妙设计硫化模具与顶出工装,提高了制品成型及脱模效率.台架考核试验结果表明,该型橡胶密封圈具有卓越耐磨性,满足动车组高速运行时性能要求.

Abstract

Through the optimization design of rubber formula and vulcanization mold,adhesive se-lection and performance verification test,a inserted rubber dust seal with high and low temperature re-sistance and wear resistance for gear drive shaft was developed.Through the combination of different brands FKM and the reasonable selection of vulcanization system,the low temperature resistance of the rubber material was enhanced.Through the synergy of metal insert phosphating treatment and ad-hesive,the bonding strength of FKM/metal insert was improved.By cleverly designing vulcanization molds and ejection tooling,the molding and demolding efficiency of products was improved.The test results of the bench test showed that this type of rubber dust seal had excellent wear resistance and met the performance requirements of the EMU during high-speed operation.
