Design and Application of Cold Runner Injection Mold for Reinforced Rubber Seal
The design and application of cold runner injection molds for reinforced rubber seals were discussed.The results showed that by optimizing the mold structure and manufacturing process,the loss of rubber flow energy in the production process was reduced.By reasonably designing the mold tearing groove and injection hole,the appearance quality and internal compactness of rubber seals were improved.The use of cold runner injection mold could significantly improve the production effi-ciency and product quality of rubber seals.
