回收炭黑的化学性质及其在SBR中的性能分析

分析研究了 4种回收炭黑和炭黑N660的基本性质、组成成分和化学特性,探讨了影响回收炭黑补强性能的因素.结果表明,与炭黑N660相比,回收炭黑中挥发分和灰分均较高,固定碳含量明显较低.回收炭黑主要组成为C元素,其含量为72.71%~77.47%,C元素含量低于炭黑N660,而N元素和H元素含量均较高,O元素含量偏低,S元素含量严重偏高.回收炭黑在结构上与工业炭黑有较大差异,其更像一个个致密球体.
The basic characteristics,composition and chemical properties of four kinds of recycled carbon black and carbon black N660 were analyzed,and the factors affecting the reinforcing perform-ance of recycled carbon black were discussed.The results showed that compared with carbon black N660,the volatile content and ash content in the recycled carbon black were higher,and the fixed car-bon content was significantly lower.The main composition of recycled carbon black was C element,with content of 72.71%~77.47%.The content of C element was lower than that of carbon black N660,while the content of N element and H element was higher.The content of O element was lower,and the content of S element was much higher.Recycled carbon black was structurally different from industrial carbon black,and it was more like a dense sphere.
