The basic characteristics,composition and chemical properties of four kinds of recycled carbon black and carbon black N660 were analyzed,and the factors affecting the reinforcing perform-ance of recycled carbon black were discussed.The results showed that compared with carbon black N660,the volatile content and ash content in the recycled carbon black were higher,and the fixed car-bon content was significantly lower.The main composition of recycled carbon black was C element,with content of 72.71％～77.47％.The content of C element was lower than that of carbon black N660,while the content of N element and H element was higher.The content of O element was lower,and the content of S element was much higher.Recycled carbon black was structurally different from industrial carbon black,and it was more like a dense sphere.
