无卤氮磷系阻燃TPS的试验研究

采用氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/白油/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)为基材,添加ADP/MCA无卤阻燃剂,通过阻燃剂配比的调整制备了无卤阻燃SEBS复合材料,并对TPS的阻燃性和力学性能进行研究.结果表明,随着阻燃剂含量的增加,无论阻燃剂的配比如何变化,材料的力学性能呈现下降趋势,材料力学性能的下降幅度与阻燃剂含量的增加之间呈现出线性关系;当ADP/MCA的比例为1.5∶1,阻燃剂的含量达到40%时,复合阻燃剂达到了最佳的阻燃效果.
Study on Halogen-free Nitrogen and Phosphorus Flame Retardant TPS Composites
Using hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer(SEBS)/white oil/ethylene-oc-tene copolymer(POE)/polypropylene(PP)as the base material,and ADP/MCA halogen-free flame retardant was added.The halogen-free flame retardant SEBS composite was prepared by adjusting the flame terardant ratio,and the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of TPS composite were stud-ied.The results showed that with the increase of flame retardant content,regardless of the change in flame retardant ratio,the mechanical properties of the material showed a downward trend,and there was a linear relationship between the decrease in mechanical properties of the compound and the in-crease in flame retardant content.When the ratio of ADP/MCA was 1.5:1,and the content of flame retardants reached 40%,the composite flame retardants achieved the best flame retardant effect.
