The structure and sealing form of the fuel pump were studied and analyzed,and fluorine rubber with low compression set and excellent wear resistance was selected as the sealing material of the fuel pump.A single cavity mold and a single vulcanization forming process were adopted,and a batch of seals were trial-produced.Through the installation verfication,the seal could meet the service requirements of the fuel pump of this model.
