摘要

基于在线生产过程中橡胶模具激光干式清洗的机理,选取一定硫化温度下的在线生产模具,通过调整不同功率及脉冲频率等工艺参数进行激光干清洗验证,得出了该硫化温度下橡胶模具激光清洗的最佳工艺参数,为后续其他硫化温度下橡胶模具清洗奠定了一定的工艺基础.

Abstract

Based on the mechanism of laser dry cleaning of online production rubber mold,an online production mold at a certain vulcanization temperature was selected,and laser dry cleaning was verified by adjusting process parameters such as different power and pulse frequency.The optimal process pa-rameters of laser cleaning of rubber mold at this vulcanization temperature were obtained,which laid a certain process foundation for the subsequent cleaning of rubber mold at other vulcanization tempera-tures.
