基于配位交联的自愈合丁腈橡胶硫化胶的结构与性能

以无水硫酸铜(CuSO4)为配位交联剂,与丁腈橡胶(NBR)混炼后制备了一种具有自愈合性能的配位交联NBR硫化胶,研究了其硫化特性、交联密度、力学性能和自愈合行为.结果表明,热压后NBR硫化胶内形成了配位交联网络;当CuSO4用量为20份时,硫化胶的交联密度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和Shore A硬度最高;系列NBR硫化胶均表现出良好的自愈合性能,且随着愈合温度和愈合时间的增加,硫化胶的愈合强度和愈合效率显著提高;CuSO4用量为20份的硫化胶在180 ℃愈合60 min时的愈合效率最高可达到98%.
Structure and Properties of Nitrile-butadiene Rubber Vulcanizates with Self-healing Capability Based on Coordination Crosslinking
A coordination crosslinked nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)vulcanizate with self-healing capability was prepared using CuSO4 as coordination crosslinking agent,and its sulfurization charac-teristics,crosslink density,mechanical properties and self-healing performance of vulcanizate were in-vestigated systematically.The results showed that the successful formation of a coordination crosslinked network in the NBR vulcanizate after hot pressing.When the addition of CuSO4 was 20 phr,the vulcanizate exhibited the highest crosslink density,tensile strength,tear strength and Shore A hardness as observed from the equilibrium swelling test and mechanical properties.During the self-healing performance evaluation,all the NBR vulcanizates demonstrated favorable self-healing behav-ior.With increasing healing temperature or healing time,the healing strength and healing efficiency of the vulcanizates were improved obviously.The vulcanizate with 20 phr of added CuSO4 achieved the highest healing efficiency of 98%when healed at 180 ℃ for 60 min.
