碳纳米管与石墨烯对NBR/EUG复合材料结构与性能的影响

将碳纳米管(CNT)和石墨烯分别加入丁腈橡胶NBR/杜仲橡胶EUG复合材料中,研究了碳纳米管和石墨烯对NBR/EUG复合材料硫化特性、拉伸性能、分散性及损耗因子的影响.结果表明:随着CNT和石墨烯用量的增加,硫化胶的MH、ML及MH-ML升高,焦烧时间和硫化时间缩短;加入CNT和石墨烯在复合材料中形成纳米通道,提高了其在复合材料中的分散性;CNT使复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ)峰值下降,在0 ℃以上时tanδ随着CNT用量的增加而增大;加入石墨烯对复合材料的tanδ影响不大.
Study on Structure and Properties of Carbon Nanotubes and Graphene Filled NBR/EUG Composite
Carbon nanotubes(CNT)and graphene were added into NBR/EUG composites respec-tively.The effects of CNT and graphene on the vulcanization characteristics,tensile properties,dis-persion properties and loss factor of NBR/EUG composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of CNT and graphene,the MH、ML and MH-ML of the composites in-creased,and the scorch time and the vulcanization time were shortened.The addition of CNT and gra-phene formed nanochannels in the composites,which improved the dispersion of the composites.The loss factor(tanδ)peak value of the composite decreased with the addition of CNT.When it was above 0 ℃,the tanδ increased with increase of the amount of CNT.The addition of graphene had little effect on the tanδ of the composites.
