硫化时间对硅橡胶交联密度和性能的影响

研究了硫化时间对硅橡胶交联密度和性能的影响,并利用平衡溶胀法与应力应变法分别对不同硫化时间(10,15,20 min)下的硅橡胶的交联密度进行了计算.结果表明:随着硫化时间的延长,硅橡胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率呈略微下降趋势,撕裂强度先上升后下降,硬度基本维持不变;交联密度数值与力学性能的变化相符;热空气老化后,随着硫化时间的延长,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化率大幅下降,硬度变化基本一致.
The effect of curing time on the crosslinking density and properties of silicone rubber were studied,and the crosslinking density of silicone rubber at different curing time was calculated u-sing equilibrium swelling method and stress-strain method.The results showed that with the prolong of curing time,the tensile strength and elongation at break of silicone rubber showed a slight down-ward trend,while the tear strength first increased and then decreased,and the hardness remained basi-cally unchanged;The crosslinking density values were consistent with the changes in mechanical prop-erties;After hot air aging,the change rate of tensile strength and elongation at break had significantly decreased,while the change in hardness was basically consistent.
