稀土顺丁橡胶工业化产品性能研究

对独山子石化公司工业化稀土顺丁橡胶BR9101N的结构与性能进行了研究,并与朗盛公司同类产品CB24及镍系顺丁橡胶BR9000进行了对比评价.结果表明:BR9101N及其对标样CB24的门尼粘度基本相同,BR9101N顺式1,4结构含量与CB 24相当,达到96%以上,BR9000顺式-1,4结构含量略低;BR9101N力学性能优于BR9000,略高于CB24;BR9101N撕裂强度略优于BR9000和CB 24;BR9101N压缩生热和回弹性最低;BR9101N的耐磨性与CB24相当,优于BR9000;BR9101N的耐老化性能与CB24相当,优于镍系顺丁橡胶 BR9000.
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of NdBR
The structure and properties of industrialized BR9101N of Dushanzi petrochemical com-pany was studied,and compared with similar products of LANXESS company and nickel polybutadiene rubber.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of NdBR9101N and CB24 was basically equiva-lent,the cis-1,4 content of BR9101N was basically the same as that of CB24,reaching more than 96%,and the cis-1,4 content of BR9000 was slightly lower;The mechanical properties of BR9101N were better than BR9000 and slightly higher than that of CB24;The tear strength of BR9101N was slightly better than that of BR9000 and CB24;The compression heat generation and rebound of BR9101N were the lowest.The abrasion resistance of BR9101N was equivalent to that of CB24 and better than that of BR9000;The aging resistance of BR9101N was equivalent to that of CB24 and bet-ter than that of BR9000.
