可持续炭黑在风电弹性支撑产品中的应用

研究了可持续炭黑理化特性及其对胶料力学性能的影响,探讨了其应用的可行性.结果表明,可持续炭黑C210、C215与国标炭黑N330、N550的理化特性及力学性能基本一致,可持续炭黑C8000挥发分和灰分含量较高,拉伸强度略高于N550,动态性能优于C210及C215,3种可持续炭黑质量稳定,所设计的低碳配方及产品性能满足技术要求.
Application of Sustainable Carbon Black in Wind Power Elastic Support Products
The physicochemical properties of sustainable carbon black and its influence on the me-chanical properties of compounds were studied,and the feasibility of applying sustainable carbon black in products was discussed.The results showed that the physicochemical and mechanical properties of sustainable carbon black C210 and C215 were basically consistent with national standard carbon black N330 and N550,sustainable carbon black C8000 had higher volatile and ash content,slightly higher tensile strength than N550,and better dynamic performance than sustainable carbon black C210 and C215.The three types of sustainable carbon black had good quality stability,and the designed low-carbon formula and product performance met the technical requirements.
