天然橡胶中聚异戊二烯异构体结构中红外光谱研究

采用中红外(MIR)光谱法研究了天然橡胶(NR)中聚异戊二烯结构;采用变温去卷积MIR光谱进一步研究了温度变化对NR中聚异戊二烯异构体结构的影响.结果表明:293 K温度下,NR中存在着4种聚异戊二烯异构体(包括:顺式-1,4-构型、反式-1,4-构型、1,2-构型和3,4-构型);在293 K~393 K范围内,随着测试温度的升高,NR中聚异戊二烯4种异构体对应的吸收波数和强度都有一定的变化,NR中部分反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯构型转变成顺式-1,4-聚异戊二烯构型,是整个NR中聚异戊二烯异构体结构改变的一个关键步骤.
Mid Infrared Spectroscopy Study on Structure of Natural Rubber Polyisoprene Isomers
The structure of natural rubber polyisoprene isomers was studied using mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy.The effect of temperature changes on the structure of natural rubber polyiso-prene isomers was investigated using temperature dependent deconvolution MIR spectroscopy.The re-sults showed that there were four types of polyisoprene isomers in natural rubber at a temperature of 293 K,including cis-1,4-,trans-1,4-,1,2-,and 3,4-configurations.Within the range of 293 K to 393 K,with the increase of testing temperature,the absorption wave numbers and strengths correspond-ing to the four isomers of natural rubber polyisoprenehave changed to a certain extent.The transfor-mation of the trans-1,4-configuration of some natural rubber polyisoprene to cis-1,4-configuration was a key step in the structural change of the entire isomer.
