Design and Study of Air Spring Stiffness Test System for Rail Vehicles
In order to achieve the design goal of modularization and standardization of static and dynamic stiffness tests of air springs in rail vehicles,the design ideas of test system were analyzed.A new type of modular test device for radial and axial combined seal of air spring was designed,and com-pared with the traditional sealing device.The influence of different loading speeds on stiffness,as well as the effects of two different vibration modes of forced and free on dynamic stiffness,damping,reso-nance frequency and resonance magnification were explored by using the new device.The results showed that the test device could meet the test requirements,and the number of devices was reduced by 50%,the storage space was reduced by 50%,the design efficiency was increased by 60%,the loading speed had no obvious effect on the static stiffness,and the dynamic performance data tested by the two different vibration modes of forced and free were basically the same.
