摘要

对氯丁橡胶(CR)隔振器进行热空气加速老化试验,基于老化程度构建Dakin寿命预测模型,并进行相关计算分析和验证.结果表明,预测值可信,并基于老化程度变化的实验值和预测值对模型进行修正,根据修正后的模型测算出隔振器在25 ℃下的使用寿命为48.22年.

Abstract

The hot air accelerated aging test of chloroprene rubber(CR)vibration isolators was conducted,and a Dakin life prediction model was established based on the degree of aging,and rele-vant calculation analysis and verification was conducted.The results showed that the predicted values were reliable,the model was revised based on the experimental values and predicted values of changes in aging degree,and the service life of the vibration isolator at 25 ℃ was predicted to be 48.22 years u-sing the revised model.
