摘要

分析研究了湿法混炼工艺对白炭黑/NR复合材料性能的影响,明确了采用乳液共沉法制备的湿法胶性能优势.结果表明,相比干法混炼胶,湿法混炼胶具有较低的填料网络及较高的硅烷化效应,使其体现出填料分散度高、硫化速率快,交联密度高、拉伸强度高、滞后损失低及尺寸稳定性好等优势.

Abstract

The effects of wet mixing process on the properties of silica/NR composites was ana-lyzed and studied,and the performance advantages of wet rubber prepared using emulsion co-precipi-tation method were identified.The results showed that compared with dry mixed rubber,wet mixed rubber exhibited lower filler network and higher silanization effect,resulting in advantages such as high filler dispersion,fast vulcanization rate,high crosslinking density,high tensile strength,low hysteresis loss and better dimensional stability.
