摘要
测试了天然橡胶的塑性保持率,对塑性保持率在测试过程中不确定度分量进行了深入分析,结果表明,天然橡胶塑性保持率测量不确定度主要由测量重复性、快速塑性计平板的温度、压缩固定厚度、压力、试验保持时间以及老化箱温度、计时器的不确定度或误差、数值修约引入,通过运用统计学公式合成了天然橡胶塑性保持率扩展不确定度.
Abstract
The plastic retention rate of natural rubber was tested,and the uncertainty component of plastic retention rate in the test process was analyzed.The results showed that the measurement un-certainty of the plastic retention rate of natural rubber was mainly introduced by measurement repeat-ability,the temperature of the flat plate of the rapid plasticity meter,the compressed fixed thickness,pressure,test holding time,temperature of the aging oven,uncertainty or error of the timer,and rounding off of the values.The expanded uncertainty of the plastic retention rate of natural rubber was synthesized by using statistical formulas.
