Constitutive Model Parameters of NR Vulcanizate Under High Temperature Aging Conditions
The stress-strain behavior of rubber materials after aging were analyzed and studied, and finite element verification test was carried out.Based on the aging tensile test data,a finite ele-ment model was established using two hyperelastic constitutive models to analyze the fit between the finite element model and the test. The results showed that with the increase of aging temperature and time, the physical and mechanical properties of rubber changed significantly, and the Yeoh model was better in describing the behavior of aged rubber. The study provided a numerical analysis methods for the evaluating the aging performance of rubber materials and a theoretical basis for performance change in engineering applications.
