摘要
当下推进乡村产业高质量融合发展十分必要.虽然河南省的乡村产业发展取得了一定成绩,为推进农村产业高质量融合发展提供了有利条件,但也面临着产业链条短、新型主体实力弱、产业要素活力不足、融合发展质量效益不高等现实难题.要克服困难,实现乡村产业高质量融合发展,河南省必须着力改革促进、优化要素新配置,着力科技驱动、构建融合新机制,着力市场引导、催生融合新业态,着力特色发展、打造发展新载体,着力产业聚集、培育产业新主体.
Abstract
Promoting the high-quality integrated development of rural industries is not only necessary but also inevitable.As a major province of grain,animal husbandry,cash crops and agricultural product processing,Henan has to promote the high-quality integration and development of rural industries raw material advantages.With the momentum of rural industries and the strong supply chain resilience,the competitive advantage of major agricultural products is obvious,and the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation continues increasing.Practical problems such as insufficient vitality of industrial factors and low quality and efficiency of integrated development are still existing.New allocation of factors should be optimized to build a new mechanism for integration,focusing on market guidance and characteristic development.
