摘要
在社会矛盾和纠纷日益复杂的情势下,利用传统的法律资源、法律手段和法律程序解决当下多元化的法律纠纷显得捉襟见肘,这是目前我国法治建设所面临的一大难题.多元化纠纷解决机制的发展与应用为解决我国法治建设中的难题提供了思路与途径.人工智能技术的广泛应用又促进了多元化纠纷解决机制功能的发挥,促进了诉讼与非诉讼纠纷解决机制之间的有机衔接,提高了纠纷解决的效率,保证了纠纷解决的质量,降低了司法成本,提升了法律资源的利用率.
Abstract
The traditional legal resources,means and procedures are difficult to solve the complex social contradictions and disputes.The development and application of diversified dispute resolution mechanism provides ideas and ways to solve the problems in the construction of the rule of law in China.The application of artificial intelligence in dispute resolution mechanism improves the efficiency,reduces the justice cost and improves the efficiency of legal resources.
