摘要
抗战时期,国民党军队政治工作暴露出军政矛盾愈演愈烈、政工人员始终匮乏、政工人员地位低下、政工人员自身能力与素养存在问题四大弊端.国民党高层虽知晓这些弊端,却始终无力解决.战后,军队政工弊端继续发酵,最终成为"毁灭的种子".军队政工不能发挥预期效用反而制造诸多问题,是国民党败给中国共产党的原因之一.
Abstract
During the War-Against-Japanese-Aggression,there are four main problems in the political work of the Kuomintang army such as"the intensifying conflict between the military and the government""the shortage of political workers""the low status of political workers"and"the lack of ability".Although the leadership was aware of these malpractices,they were unable to solve them.These problems eventually became the"seeds of death"after the War.The military political work could not play the expected role but created many problems,which is one of the reasons why Kuomintang was defeated by the CPC.
