摘要
红十字运动创始人之一杜南所倡导的国际人道主义与硝烟弥漫的战场救护使命依然重要的同时,层出不穷的生化、环境与AI等所带来的各种潜在与现实的危机都在深刻影响着人类的生存与发展.人道传播在积极开展人道主义援助、救助等的同时,强调摆脱道德伦理的空洞语言的评判,关注人心、人道以及其所引发的各类矛盾冲突可能关切到每个人的未来,在深化人道主义事业结构、制度、系统等变革的同时,加强人道思想与实践的追问,提出向未来的每个人都不得不自我回答生活乃至生命意义的问题.
Abstract
While the international humanitarianism advocated by Mr.Dunant,one of the founders of the Red Cross Movement,and the mission of ambulance service in the battlefield are still important,the potential and actual crises that may be brought about by the emergence of biochemicals,environ-ment,and AI have profoundly impacted the survival and development of mankind.While actively carry-ing out humanitarian assistance,humanitarian communication emphasizes getting rid of moral and ethi-cal judgment,focusing on the human heart,humanity,and the various types of conflicts that triggers as a possible concern for everyone's future.With deepening the changes in the structure,system,and sys-tem of humanitarian,humanitarian communication intensifies the questioning of humanitarian thought and practice,and proposes the question of the significance of life and the meaning of life that every-one in the future will have to answer for himself/herself.
