基于云平台和PLC的换向器自动焊接系统设计

针对起动机换向器焊接处有间隙、易松动、远程控制和数据管理等问题,提出了基于云平台的自动焊接系统,并详细给出了可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)控制系统和远程控制系统的设计过程.通过PLC控制系统的设计,采用伺服分度、步进送丝、中频直流点焊等技术实现手动焊接、自动焊接及故障报警等功能.同时通过A-BOX通信模块无线接入信捷云智造平台,经过云平台的配置和手机APP的设计,实现了远程控制和数据管理等功能.试验结果表明:该系统自动对槽和伺服分度准确、焊接偏差小、焊锡填充饱满,能够满足实际生产、远程控制和数据管理的要求.
Design of commutator automatic welding system based on cloud platform and PLC
Aiming at the problems of gap,easy loosening,remote control and data management at the welding posi-tion of starter commutator,an automatic welding system based on cloud platform is proposed,and the design process of programmable logic controller(PLC)control system and remote control system is given in detail.Through the design of PLC control system,the functions of manual welding,automatic welding and fault alarm are realized by using servo index-ing,step wire feeding,intermediate frequency DC spot welding and other technologies.At the same time,the A-BOX communication module is used to wirelessly access the Xinjie cloud intelligent manufacturing platform.Through the config-uration of the cloud platform and the design of the mobile APP,the remote control and data management functions are realized.The test results show that the system has accurate automatic slot and servo indexing,small welding deviation,and full solder filling,meeting the requirements of actual production,remote control and data management.
