摘要

类凋亡(paraptosis)是一种新的程序性细胞死亡方式,以内质网和线粒体肿胀、细胞质空泡化为典型特征.有研究表明:内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)不仅可以调控类凋亡,还有可能与多种类凋亡信号通路发生作用.文章对内质网应激与类凋亡之间的关系及调控机制进行了综述,并探讨了目前类凋亡研究尚未解决的问题,力求从中探寻内质网应激在类凋亡中的具体作用机制,以期为类凋亡相关的药物作用靶点的发现及药物研发提供理论依据和参考.

Abstract

Paraptosis is a novel programmed cell death characterized by endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial swelling and cytoplasmic vacuolization.Studies have shown that endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)can not only regulate paraptosis,but also interact with multiple paraptosis signal pathways.This review summarizes the relationship and regula-tory mechanism between ERS and paraptosis.At the same time,it also discusses the unsolved issues in paraptosis,in or-der to explore the specific mechanism of ERS in paraptosis.with a hope to provide theoretical basis and reference for the discovery of paraptosis-related drug targets and drug discovery and development.
