台州市儿童青少年近视状况及对策分析
Analyses of the myopia status of children and adolescents in Taizhou and its countermeasures

摘要
2020 年 11 月底至 12 月中旬,台州市在全市范围内开展了儿童青少年近视筛查工作.通过对台州市 75 所学校(其中小学 21 所、初中 19 所、高中 15 所、幼儿园 20 所)儿童青少年近视状况的调查,发现近视存在普遍化和低龄化的趋势.根据调查结果,文章提出:预防近视、降低近视发病率是一项社会工程,需要全社会的共同努力和积极干预.相应的措施包括:推进儿童视力健康制度体系建设,推进儿童视力健康基础设施建设,推进儿童视力健康干预模式调整,推行有益视力健康的生活方式等.
Abstract
From the late November to the mid-December 2020,a citywide screening program for myopia was carried out in children and adolescents in Taizhou.Through a survey of 75 schools in Taizhou(including 21 primary schools,19 junior high schools,15 high schools,and 20 kindergartens),it is found that there exists a trend towards the prevalence and younger age of myopia.Based on the findings,the article points out that the prevention of myopia and the reduction of myopia incidence is a social project,which requires the joint efforts and active intervention of the whole society.Thus corresponding countermeasures should be taken,which include promoting the construction of children's vision health sys-tem,promoting the construction of children's vision health infrastructure,promoting the adjustment of intervention mode for children's vision health,and advocating a lifestyle conducive to vision health.
