人工智能专业大学生专业认同对学习投入的影响

摘要
研究影响大学生学习投入度的显著因素,对优化专业人才培养方案和课程体系、改进专业教学和管理、提高专业人才培养质量等有显著的参考价值.专业认同度在一定程度上影响着大学生的学习投入度,深入分析两者之间的动态变化关系有助于探究提升学习投入的方法途径,从而提升人才培养质量.文章以人工智能专业大学生为研究对象,构建了专业认同和学习投入之间的关联模型,发现专业认同的情感、行为和适切 3 个维度能显著预测学习投入.基于研究结果,文章提出可通过提升专业情感、专业行为和专业适切来提升学习投入,更好地提高人才培养质量.
Abstract
The study of significant factors affecting college students'learning engagement holds substantial reference value for optimizing professional talent development programs and curriculum systems,improving professional teaching and management,and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.The degree of professional identity to a certain extent influ-ences students'learning engagement.Investigating the dynamic relationship between the two contributes to exploring meth-ods to enhance learning engagement,thereby improving the quality of talent cultivation.Focusing on college students ma-joring in artificial intelligence,this study established a correlational model between professional identity and learning en-gagement,revealing that the emotional,behavioral,and appropriateness dimensions of professional identity significantly pre-dict learning engagement.Based on the research findings,to enhance learning engagement by elevating professional emo-tions,behaviors,and appropriateness is proposed to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
