中国产教融合的历程、逻辑与发展进路

产教关系是对不同时期经济社会发展需求的回应和反馈.中国产教融合发展经历初步探索、快速推进、创新发展三个阶段.随着产业和教育事业发展,产教关系在合作形式、价值旨归、办学主体、组织形态等方面都发生了变化,产教融合是产教关系发展到一定阶段的产物.针对当前我国产教融合存在的问题,未来要加强校企协同创新,提升服务产业发展的能力;要深化人才培养改革,促进供需双方共生共长;要完善校企治理结构,构建多方协同长效机制.只有校企双向赋能、产教深度融合,才能畅通教育、科技、人才的良性循环,扎实推进教育强国建设.
The History,Logic and Development Path of China's Industry-Education Integration
The relationship between industry and education reflects the response and feedback to the needs of economic and social development at different times.China's industry-education integration has gone through three stages:the initial exploration stage,the rapid advancement stage and the innova-tive development stage.With the progress of industry and education,the nature of the industry-educa-tion relationship has changed in terms of cooperation forms,value objectives,educational institutions,and organizational structures.Industry-education integration is a product of the relationship at a cer-tain stage of development.To address current issues in industry-education integration in China,future efforts should focus on enhancing collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises to improve their capacity to develop the service industry,on deepening talent cultivation reforms to promote mutu-al growth between supply and demand,and on perfecting governance structures in school-enterprise partnerships to establish a long-term,multi-stakeholder coordination mechanism.Only through mutual empowerment of schools and enterprises and deep integration of industry and education can we facili-tate a positive cycle among education,technology,and talent,thereby advancing the construction of a strong educational nation.
