基于绿色建筑技术的幼儿园整体优化设计——以台州市椒江区心湖幼儿园为例

在追求绿色、环保、节能的时代背景下,幼儿园的整体优化设计尤为重要.基于绿色建筑技术,对台州市椒江区心湖幼儿园(以下简称心湖幼儿园)进行了整体的优化设计.经过实地走访,发现心湖幼儿园在通风、采光、能耗和噪声控制等方面的实际设计中存在不足,这些问题将直接影响孩子们的学习环境和身心健康.为了解决这些问题,研究团队运用软件模拟技术,对心湖幼儿园的通风、采光、能耗和噪声等进行了深入研究.通过模拟分析,找到了针对性的优化方案,如设计反光板,种植绿植,采用光伏建筑一体化等.经过优化后,幼儿园的自然采光率、通风效果等得到了显著提升,能耗和噪声水平明显降低.通过运用绿色建筑技术,实现了幼儿园环境的优化改善,为孩子们创造了一个更加舒适、健康、节能的学习环境.
Research on the Overall Optimization of Kindergartens Based on Green Building Technology—Take Xinhu Kindergarten as an Example
At present,in the pursuit of green,environmental protection and energy saving in the context of the era,the overall optimization design of the kindergarten is particularly important.Based on green building technology,the over-all optimization design of Xinhu Kindergarten is carried out and found that there are deficiencies in ventilation,lighting,energy consumption and noise control in the actual design process of the kindergarten,which directly affect the chil-dren's learning environment and physical and mental health.In order to solve these problems,the research team has ap-plied software simulation technology to conduct an in-depth study of ventilation,lighting,energy consumption and noise in kindergartens.Through the simulation analysis,targeted optimization solutions have been found,such as setting up re-flectors,planting green plants,and photovoltaic building integration.After optimization,the natural lighting rate and venti-lation effect of the kindergarten have been significantly improved,and the energy consumption and noise level have also been significantly reduced.Through the application of green building technology,the optimization and improvement of the kindergarten environment are realized,and a more comfortable,healthy and energy-saving learning environment is created for the children.
