新疆油田稠油单井掺热水集输工艺研究

稠油具有反相点,当采出液含水达到某一值时其表观粘度则可满足集输要求。采用单井掺水集输工艺替换原有的蒸汽伴热工艺,就近利用处理站处理后的含油污水,完善地面配水管网,利用现有的与单井出油管线并行的伴热管线,到井口后掺入出油管线,提高含水率,降低采出液的表观粘度,解决稠油单井生产期间中、低含水期的集输问题。
Research on single well mixed with hot water heavy oil gathering and transportation technology of Xinjiang Oilfield
Heavy with inverted point, when the produced liquid water reaches a certain value, the apparent viscosity can meet the requirements gathering. Using single wel watered gathering process to replace the existing steam heating process, it can use the nearest oily treated wastewater, and improve the ground water distribution network. It also can use the existing heating pipes which paral el to the wel head in incorporation flow lines, what can reduce the apparent viscosity of the produced fluid and solve the gathering and transportation problems that produced by single wel s.
