摘要
节能评估工作是推进节能减排、调整产业结构、转变经济发展方式的强有力手段，但在实施中暴露出一些亟需解决的问题和障碍。本文从节能评估机构和人员的角度阐述了现阶段节能评估工作中存在的若干问题。
Abstract
The ef ective methods to evaluate energy conservation include boosting energy conservation and emission reduction,adjusting industrial structure,changing economic development mode. But some problems exposed in the processing are needed to resolve. We describe serval problems in the energy saving evaluation from two sides,that is the staf s and organization of energy saving evaluation working.
