摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展，水利水电施工单位的安全管理工作已经逐渐不太适应现代化的要求。由于水利水电施工过程涉及面非常广，工种又多，也就包含着众多的安全隐患。为了避免不必要安全事故发生，应该影响安全事故因素进行分析，做好预防工作，并根据实际问题采取相应对策。因此如何提高水利水电工程施工的安全管理值得我们认真研究与探讨。
Abstract
with the rapid development of economy in our country, water conservancy and hydropower construction unit safety management has been gradual y don't adapt the demand of modernization. Because of water resources and hydropower construction process to a very wide range, type of work and more, also contains many safe hidden trouble. In order to avoid unnecessary accidents, should be the factors af ecting safety accident analysis, completes the prevention work, and adopt corresponding countermeasures according to the practical problem. So how to improve the safety management of water resources and hydropower engineering construction is worth our serious study and discussion.
